App.dreamplan.io is a calculation tool where you can get an overview and recommendations on optimizing your finances.

Personal login

When you use our solution, you get a personal page "my plan" which you can access via your email address.

On 'My page' you can view and edit your personal data. You can also count on restructuring your assets and on how you can live out your dreams.

Limitation of liability

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Dreamplan.io shall not be liable for the content of your information or notices, nor for any loss due to delay, non-delivery, mis-delivery, loss of data, IT failure, virus, damage to your equipment, or force majeure similar conditions, regardless of whether it concerns Dreamplan.io alone. Dreamplan.io is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use, e.g. if others have been given access to your Dreamplan.io profile at Dreamplan.io, or you have failed to notify Dreamplan.io of irregularities or abuse or suspicions thereof.

Inactivity And Death

In the event of death, Dreamplan.io reserves the right to delete the deceased's information at Dreamplan.io after 15 months. The same applies if you have not used Dreamplan.io for more than 2 years.

Consent

By accepting "Dreamplan's consent", you give your express consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of allowing you to use the calculation.

You can revoke your consent at any time. The consequence of a lack of consent or revoked consent is that you cannot use the calculation, and your associated data will be deleted.

Change of guidelines

The rapid development of the Internet may make changes in our processing of private information necessary. Dreamplan.io therefore reserves the right to update and change the guidelines in this document.

In the event of significant corrections to the guidelines, you will be asked to approve the terms of use of app.dreamplan.io again upon subsequent login.

Rights

All material in Dreamplan.io, e.g. names, logos, trademarks, graphics, texts, icons, images, software, etc., belong to Dreamplan.io and partners and are protected by e.g. trademark, copyright and marketing laws.

Choice of law and venue

Disputes regarding Matters governed by these terms must be decided according to Danish law by the Danish courts.

Personal information

In connection with your creation of a user profile and subsequent use of the solution, Dreamplan ApS collects and processes a number of information about you, including personally identifiable information.

Terms of payment

It only costs something if you can make a profit from our advice. The price is agreed individually before you receive advice.

Servicemails

After registering as a user, you automatically receive service emails. Service emails are, for example, "You have the option to restructure your mortgage",

You cannot opt out of service emails.

We advise against writing sensitive information, including information of a confidential nature, such as social security numbers and criminal convictions, in your inquiries to customer service, unless it is directly relevant to the inquiry.

Deletion

If you delete documents from your profile, they cannot be restored or recreated. You can delete or have your information deleted at any time by writing to info@dreamplan.io.

Your responsibility

You must a) ensure that Dreamplan.io always has your correct email address if you wish to be notified of new important messages, and b) immediately change your password and notify Dreamplan.io if you become aware of or suspect any irregularities or abuse of your user at Dreamplan.io. You are also responsible for ensuring that all content that you upload to your Dreamplan profile complies with current Danish legislation.
