At Dreamplan, we work every day to offer you the best digital solution to get an overview of your finances and optimize your savings
Our customer panel
As a member of the digital customer panel, you can:
- become an active part of our development work with Dreamplan
- contribute with input and attitudes via questionnaires, tests and the like
- participate in in-depth interviews about specific issues
- be contacted by email 6-12 times a year - it takes 5-10 min. to participate
- decide for yourself from time to time whether you want to participate
- participate if you have a computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection
In return for your time, you get a direct line to Dreamplan, where your opinion about our solution goes directly to our development teams and influences our further development.
Processing of personal data in connection with participation in our customer panel
If you are a member of our customer panel, we can process the following information about you:
- Name, email address, age, gender, level of education, type of residence, marital status
- Other information you have provided in answering surveys
Purpose and legal basis
The information is processed for the following purposes:
- Testing of activities and measures
- Attitudes to current topics
- Measuring customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Improvement of customer service
- Reduction of customer churn
- Improvement of products and customer service
The information is processed in accordance with the personal data regulation art. 6 pieces. 1, letter f), as we have legitimate interests in processing information with a view to improving and optimizing processes, products, etc.
Responses are stored for 6-12 months, after which they are deleted.

Dreamplan's customer panel
At Dreamplan, we work every day to offer you the best digital solution to optimize your savings and to constantly make it better. We believe that we can make our solution even better by collaborating with our users.
We are therefore looking for customers to participate in our digital customer panel. It is a panel that we will ask when, for example, we need to improve the existing solution or test new functionality and new concepts.

When you are registered for the panel, this means:
- DreamPlan can contact you by email 6-12 times a year
- You may be contacted about participation in in-depth interviews about specific solutions
- You always choose yourself whether you want to participate in the sent survey
- Your contact data will only be used to contact you in relation to your participation in the customer panel
- Your answers are anonymous and are only used by Dreamplan in connection with the development of our solution.
- The overall results from a customer survey can be published by Dreamplan, e.g. On SoMe, in a newsletter or similar
- Via the forwarded emails, you can unsubscribe from Dreamplan's digital customer panel at any time and have all your data deleted
DreamPlan can change the conditions for participation in the panel and/or choose to discontinue its use
